1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Service" or "Services" refers to the financial education programs and advisory services provided by Quartzfield
• "User," "You," or "Participant" refers to individuals who enroll in or use our Services
• "We," "Us," or "Company" refers to Quartzfield
• "Website" refers to our online presence accessible at quarttzfiieldas
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Website or enrolling in our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Services Description

Quartzfield provides financial education programs, including:

• Chapter One: Financial Literacy - A 5-week foundational program
• Volume Two: Investment Literacy - A 7-session investment education program
• Complete Works: Lifetime Financial Strategy - A 12-week comprehensive advisory engagement

Services are provided at our Bangkok location and are conducted in English with Thai financial context integration. Program descriptions, schedules, and fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment requires completion of our registration process and payment of applicable fees. We reserve the right to accept or decline enrollment applications at our discretion.

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Pricing

Program fees are stated in Thai Baht and must be paid in full prior to program commencement unless alternative arrangements are specifically agreed in writing. Current pricing:

• Chapter One: Financial Literacy - ฿11,500
• Volume Two: Investment Literacy - ฿34,000
• Complete Works: Lifetime Financial Strategy - ฿68,500

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified during enrollment. All fees include program materials and documentation.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund: Cancellation received more than 14 days before program start date
• 50% refund: Cancellation received 7-14 days before program start date
• No refund: Cancellation received less than 7 days before program start date or after program has commenced

Refunds are processed within 30 days of approved cancellation request.

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a program participant, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions or notify us of absences in advance
• Complete assigned exercises and reading materials
• Respect other participants and maintain a constructive learning environment
• Use program materials solely for personal educational purposes
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information shared during sessions
• Provide accurate information for advisory services (Complete Works participants)

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and resources provided through our Services, including but not limited to educational materials, documentation, and methodologies, are the intellectual property of Quartzfield and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. Educational Nature of Services

Our Services are educational in nature and are designed to improve your financial knowledge and decision-making capabilities. Our programs:

• Do not constitute personalized investment advice unless explicitly provided in Complete Works consultations
• Are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice
• Do not offer specific investment recommendations during group programs
• Cannot predict financial outcomes or market performance

You acknowledge that financial decisions remain your sole responsibility and that educational understanding does not eliminate investment or financial planning risks.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Any expectation of specific financial outcomes or results
• Accuracy or completeness of third-party information referenced in programs
• Uninterrupted or error-free service delivery

While we strive for accuracy in all educational content, financial markets, regulations, and products change. Participants are responsible for verifying current information when making financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Quartzfield and its educators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or financial losses arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Financial decisions made based on information learned in our programs
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your information
• Program schedule changes or cancellations

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program from which the claim arises.

11. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding participant information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. For Complete Works participants receiving personalized advisory services, additional confidentiality provisions apply:

• All financial information shared during consultations is kept confidential
• Strategy documents are provided in secure, sealed format
• Consultations are conducted in private settings

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' information shared during group sessions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in our Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions
• Disrupts other participants' learning experience
• Involves fraudulent or illegal activity
• Misuses program materials or intellectual property

Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases immediately. No refunds will be provided for terminations due to conduct violations.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter may be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Website. Your continued use of Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated via email with reasonable advance notice.

16. Program Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify program schedules, content, or instructors when necessary. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and work to minimize disruption to participants' learning experience.

If we must cancel a program before it begins, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Thai law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quartzfield regarding use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
